Detection approach

While the user looked like a normal residential visitor, our environmental probes detected open local ports associated with remote desktop software (TeamViewer/AnyDesk) or anti-detect browser management APIs (GoLogin/MultiLogin). This is the standard infrastructure used by managers to remotely control click farm workers.

How this helps detect bots

This signal is assessed with other independent session, browser, and network evidence. A single anomaly is a lead, not a verdict; corroborating anomalies make automated traffic more likely.

Legitimate traffic to consider

Software engineers, database administrators, or IT professionals running local development servers (Docker, databases) on common ports.
